Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation / Refund Terms & Conditions

This Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy is applicable only if Products or Services purchased from Hiya Digital Private Limited are cancelled within the specified time frame and subject to customer account in good credit standing condition i.e. there is no pending actions on your account for violating any of our legal terms of services. Accounts violating any of our legal terms of services will not be eligible for any refunds under any circumstances. Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for any refund under any circumstance.

“Date of the transaction,” for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by Hiya Digital Private Limited in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.

You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund via telephone with Hiya Digital Private Limited customer service team within the refund time frame specified for the applicable products & services.

Domain Registrations –

Domain Name Registrations cancellation within 5 days (120 hours) – partial refunds excluding cancellation fees as applicable. No Refunds after 5 days (120 hours).
Some top level domains may be excluded from this refund policy as per operating registry / registrar terms & conditions. Please check with our customer service team within 5 days if your domain is eligible for refund.

Below domain services are not refundable under any circumstances:
Premium Domain Names
Domain Redemption / Restore / Auction / Back Order Fees (Not refundable once processed)
Domain Transfers (if successful) – refundable only if transfer fails or cancelled before completion
Domain Name Appraisals (Not refundable once processed)
Domain Renewals (Not refundable once processed)

Hosting Services-

For monthly billing agreements (1/3/6 monthly) you can cancel Hosting Services within 7 days of Date of the transaction. No refunds after 7 days of Date of the transaction. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the current month charges since the service has already been provisioned. If you cancel Hosting Services and request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 24 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but you will not be billed for future months.

For yearly billing agreements (1/2/3 yearly) you can cancel Hosting Services within 30 days of Date of the transaction and we will not bill you for future months/years. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the current month since the service has already been provisioned. If you cancel Hosting Services and request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the service, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 24 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months/years. No refunds after 30 days of Date of the transaction.

Search Engine / Social Media – Advertising / Marketing Spends

For PPC Ads, the ad spend and search engine marketing or social media marketing fees are non-refundable for the past months or current month. We may refund future pre-paid months and future-month additional ad spend and search marketing fees. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services

You can cancel Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the current month or past months since the service has already been performed. If you cancel Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Services and request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 24 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months.

Social Media Optimization & Management Services

You can cancel Social Media Optimization & Management services at any time and we will not bill you for future months. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the current month or past months since the service has already been performed. If you cancel Social Media Optimization & Management and request a refund within 24 hours of purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 24 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future months.

Web Designing / Development Services

Full for cancellation within 24 hours or Partial Refund if it includes any free bundle products. 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days while work is still in progress and No refunds for cancellation after 7 days under any condition. Refunds will exclude the list price of bundled products and services if any.

Web Security Products & Services: (SiteLock / CodeGuard / Spam Experts / SSL Certificates etc.)
No refunds after product or service is activated / certificates are issued. You can cancel the service at any time before renewal billing so that you are not billed for future renewals.

Partial Cancellation of orders with Free Domain or Free Hosting Services.

Some of our products include bundle of Free Domain Name and/or Free Hosting Services. If ordered product is cancelled during valid cancellation period for valid reasons, then partial refund is issued after deducting the list price of bundled products. If bundled products are eligible for full refund then full refund will be issued. If bundle products are beyond refund terms then list price of the bundle product will be excluded from refund. (The list price is the price of the domain name listed on Hiya Digital Private Limited website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price).

Expert Consulting Services

If an Expert Consulting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, then eligible for a refund within 7 days of the date of the transaction).

Premium Support

Refunds may be granted only if the service is cancelled prior to the end of the billing cycle and none of the service credits have been used. If a Premium Support Service has already been performed during the month, then that month fee is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction). Future unused months of the services may also be refunded if the plan is cancelled and a pre-payment was made.
